Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the warehouse and light industrial staffing sector. As an integral part of our sales team, you will cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door, and referrals to establish a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and challenges.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that address clients' needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
